Tasked with branding Brooklyn Basketball's flagship venue (a joint youth development initiative between the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty and a top CEO priority), strategy centered on the facility's direct affiliation with two pro teams and its proximity to Barclays Center, ultimately landing on "Brooklyn Basketball Training Center" to mirror the established naming system of the Nets' HSS Training Center and the Liberty's Greenpoint Training Center.
Identity cleared nearly 20 executive-level stakeholders, built a scalable foundation for future locations, and drove $700K in revenue within six months.
